BCES classifies customers based on service supplied according to TVA. Below are general definitions for more information please call our office at 731-584-8251 

• • Residential Customer
    • A primary residence rented or owned or used for primarily residential needs.
    • New Services where electricity is not present must complete a BCES Customer Load Sheet.
  • General Power Service (GSA1)
    • Any meter that is in addition not at a residential home or rental property. Examples (Well Pump, Shop, Small Businesses)
    • Any customer establishing service must complete a BCES Load Sheet.
  • General Power Service (GSA2)
    • Monthly usage exceeding a Max Demand of 50kW or greater.
    • Any customer who is a GSA1 customer meeting the above criteria will be moved to the GSA2 class.
    • Any customer establishing service must complete a BCES Load Sheet.
  • General Power Service (GSA3)Exceeding 1,000kw and less than 5,000kw
    • Any customer establishing service must complete a BCES Load Sheet
    • Any customer establishing service must sign a demand contract.
