WHAT IS MY USAGE?
Benton County Electric System's Pay As You Go Program is managed at http://www.myusage.com
Your balance information, daily/hourly usage, charges, and notification settings are all managed through the MyUsage.com portal.
Please NOTE, we only update the balance once a day at approximately 8:30am.
Web/First Time Logging In
If you have Pay As You Go Service, and its your first time logging in. Your login credentials are as follows:
username: email address provided or firstname.lastname@bces.pg
password: password
Upon logging in the first time, you will be required to change your password.

Smartphone Mobile App
You can also acces the mobile app for your smartphone by searching in the Itunes Store or Googe Play Store for
"My Usage" look from the icon above. Install the app on your phone, and enter your login information
Text Message
You can retrieve your account balance by texting "BAL" to 77407 from the SMS Phone on File
As a reminder we only update the balance once per day at approximately 8:30am.
Please remember it is the customer's responsibility to maintain their current contact information to ensure they receive notifications about their account status.
