DARK FIBER LEASING
Benton County Electric System has an extensive fiber network for monitoring and managing our devices. One of the extra benefits is our ability to lease dark fiber to potential clients. We do not provide any services, but can provide path and interconnects for various projects needs. If you have any interest please contact our office at 731-584-8251. Bandwidth/Circuits can be provided by our 3rd party Partner.

There is an ability to connect through West Tennessee, parts of Kentucky, and Middle Tennessee through our partnerships with other utilities.

HEAT PUMP LOAN PROGRAM
Valley residents have been benefiting from TVA's heating and cooling upgrade assistance for decades. Our Quality Contractor Network provides expert installation of energy efficient heat pumps to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Our customers must submit an application accompanied by a $35.00 application fee and a photo copy of their drivers license. The customer must also be the property owner. Approvals are based on a credit score of 625 or above, to which TVA does the application approval. The interest Rates are 6 and 8% based on the efficiency. A 13 SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rate) would be the rate of 8%. The 14 SEER or greater (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rate) is 6% and can be spread over a 10 year period. Green Switch for Residential or Business + Industry

Dispersed Power Production Program for Residential or Business + Industry
The Dispersed Power Production (DPP) program allows you to produce or co-generate renewable energy and sell all or excess generation to TVA.

LIHEAP is a federally-funded program that helps eligible low-income households pay for their home energy bills. LIHEAP may prioritize applicants based on need and income, as well as households with vulnerable populations, including the elderly, disabled, and families with young children.
